I’m an experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working in the real estate industry. I started my career in the UK working for leading real estate consultancies, undertaking complex valuation work nationally within various asset classes.
In January 2010 I moved to Dubai and started working for CBRE. More latterly I worked for Cavendish Maxwell as Partner and Head of Commercial Valuation building and leading a large team across the region whilst undertaking a range of valuations from single assets to large portfolios including development sites extending to 10 million sq ft and super regional malls and advising clients including financial institutions, REITs, property developers, FMCG businesses, HNWIs, private families, and prominent business groups.
In January 2023 I co-founded Allanton Group a boutique property investment firm specialising in acquiring assets in the UK.
In a personal capacity, I have acquired and developed assets in the UK and Dubai for over the last 15 years, building a strong network and deep working knowledge across both the commercial and residential sectors. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping fit and have undertaken numerous triathlons and marathons and have represented Great Britain.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Brighton University, an MSc in Estate Management, from London Southbank University, and I have been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2004
As a result of my work experience and challenges faced, I have acquired and developed skills that are vital to succeed in business and the working environment and have learnt how to bring the best out of myself and others.
I have always enjoyed sharing knowledge, helping others learn, and seeing surveyors develop and grow throughout their careers. My focus at Quanterra Group will be to mentor others and help graduates and surveyors flourish and grow.

An RICS-qualified chartered surveyor, assessor and chair, I have over 15 years’ specialist experience in property, construction and finance. My real estate career started in India in 2007 before I relocated to the UAE in 2010.
I have been involved in asset valuation and advisory across a diverse range of real estate sectors, from regional and super-regional malls, to masterplan developments, islands and specialist assets. I have in-depth knowledge of complex financial modeling, having worked in international and regional firms including Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, MPM (subsidiary of ADIB) and Cavendish Maxwell. Throughout my career, I have advised clients across the spectrum including financial institutions, REITs, property developers, FMCG businesses, HNWIs, private families, and prominent business groups.
My career path was made possible because fortunately, I was able to work within some of the best workplaces, alongside talented professionals and industry leaders who were on hand to support my growth, pushing me to pursue opportunities and gain the necessary technical expertise required to progress.
